Do you have a favourite place in Warwickshire? Perhaps St Nicholas Park when you take an afternoon stroll? Maybe the grounds of Kenilworth Castle strike you as exquisite? Or even your back garden could be your perfect tranquil retreat? Whatever your favourite place in Warwickshire we want to see it!

Warwickshire Life has teamed up with James Crockford Photography to offer one lucky reader the chance to win a family location photoshoot as well £230 credit towards your choice of prints.

How it works ...

Send a photograph of your favourite location to Warwickshire Life along with a 50 word description of why this location is special to you.

Warwickshire Life will then compile a shortlist of stunning locations that will be displayed within a subsequent issue of Warwickshire Life

The shortlist will then be passed on to James Crockford photography in order for the winner to be chosen

The winner will then receive a family photo shoot at the winning location (subject to permission of landowner) along with £230 credit towards prints which again will be featured within a subsequent issue of Warwickshire Life

HOW TO ENTER 

To be in with a chance of winning this fantastic prize simply email a low resolution version of your photograph along with your 50 word description, name, address and telephone number, quoting code WA56JCP to competitions@warwickshirelife.co.uk.

Alternatively, you can enter by post by sending your photograph and 50 word description along with your name, address, telephone number and email address to Warwickshire Life & James Crockford Photography Competition – WA56JCP, c/o Katie Tait, Archant House, Cheltenham, GL50 1BB.

The competition closes at midday on Wednesday 29th February 2012.

Terms and conditions: Photographs submitted must have been taken by the entrant. The competition will close at midday on Wednesday 29th February 2012. Accompanying reasons must be no longer than 50 words. Photographs entered via post will not be returned to the entrant. Entrants must be willing to supply a high resolution version of the image if successfully selected for the shortlist. Successful shortlisted entries will be notified by Warwickshire Life and all details of successful shortlisted entries will be passed to James Crockford Photography who will choose and notify the winner. The winning photo shoot must be taken in accordance with James Crockford Photography. The organisers will endeavour to use the location specified, subject to permssions of landowners. No purchase necessary. Employees and relatives of Archant, the company prize provider and associated companies are not eligible to enter. The winner and shortlisted entrants must be willing to take part in post-event publicity if necessary. The judge’s decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into. In the event of the advertised prize being unavailable for whatever reason, Archant is not responsible and is not required to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
